VMS has all the prototype design and validation your project will need. If you don’t have a design or drawing, we can help you create one. If you already have a design, our engineers will review it and identify cost-savings design opportunities and engineer out any potential production issues.
Once the design is finalized, we have the ability to use 3D printers to create prototypes and models to ensure you can see the final product prior to production.
Our experienced tooling engineers can develop custom tooling to your specifications or modify existing stock components to create your part.

VMS offers various capabilities at our six Wisconsin-based manufacturing facilities. Our facilities are ISO certified with either ISO 9001 or ISO/TS 16949. We also are knowledgeable about UL, CSA, NSF, ETL and CE standards.

We are an American company manufacturing American-made goods in the country’s heartland.
