Custom Foodservice Solutions

We have worked with some of the largest commercial food service equipment companies to develop custom components, including hot/cold tanks, carbonation vessels, dispensing components, brew tanks, and more. If you’re considering a custom solution, our team will meet with you, help determine your needs and guide you through our process.

VMS has all the prototype design and validation support your project will need. If you don’t have a design or drawing, we can help you create one. If you already have a design, our engineers will review it and identify cost-savings design opportunities and engineer out any potential production issues.

Once the design is finalized, we have the ability to use 3D printers to create prototypes and models to ensure you can see the final product prior to production.

Our experienced tooling engineers can develop custom tooling to your specifications or modify existing stock components to create your part.

Our robust sourcing capabilities give you access to our large network of material suppliers. Our volumes and connections ensure that your material costs start low and stay low.
