Learn more about common product approvals, such as UL, CE, and more.


NSF (National Sanitation Foundation)

NSF (National Sanitation Foundation) is a nonprofit organization. NSF International is an accredited, third-party certification body. NSF tests and certifies products to verify they meet public health and safety standards. Products that meet these standards bear the NSF Mark. CE Logo

CE (Certified European)

Products that have the CE mark meet the compliance requirements for import and sale in countries that participate in European Commission. To lean more about the European Commission, its directives, members and mission visit their website. (click here)

UL Logo

Underwriters Laboratory (UL)

Underwriters Laboratory in an independent laboratory that tests and certifies products for safety and compliance. Products bearing the UL mark have been produced to UL's high standards. This is one of the oldest and most respected intuitions for products safety for both commercial and consumer products in the Unites States and Canada. To learn more about UL visit their website. FCC Logo

FCC (Federal Communications Commission)

FCC approved equipment items meet standards for electrical interference. These items have been designed not to interfere with other electronic communications devices or items. To learn more about these standards visit the FCC website. (click here)

ETL Logo

ETL Sanitation (ETL)

Intertek issues the ETL Sanitation Mark demonstrates compliance to North American to NSF (National Sanitation Foundation) sanitation standards. To learn more about the ETL certification visit their website. (click here).

CSA Logo

CSA (CSA Group Certification)

For gas products in the U.S.: The CSA Blue Star indicates the product is certified to applicable U.S. standards for appliances using gas or other petroleum fuel. For details, see the Gas Appliances Certification Program. If a gas product has electrical features, the Mark also indicates compliance to the applicable electrical Standard(s). CSA (CSA Sanitation)

For the U.S.: A CSA mark with the indicator "SANITATION" means that the product is certified for the U.S. market to the requirements of the applicable NSF/ANSI food equipment standard. Manufacturers may also choose to display the applicable NSF/ANSI standard beneath the CSA Sanitation mark. (click here).

ETL Logo

ETL Listed (ETL)

Intertek issues both the ETL Listed Mark, which demonstrate compliance to North American product safety standards. ETL certifies that products ANSI standards for safety. To learn more about the ETL certification visit their website. (click here).
