Plastic Injection Molding & Overmolding
A Full Suite of Plastic Injection Molding & Overmolding Capabilities
Plastic injection molding is a manufacturing process that melts plastic material until it's malleable enough to be pressure-injected into a mold, forming a high-quality part with incredible accuracy.
Overmolding is exactly what it sounds like: it's a variation of injection molding that allows you to mold one material over the other. It's commonly used to create soft-touch handles, grips, or multi-colored parts.
We have the equipment and expertise required to confidently handle a wide range of plastic injection molding and overmolding projects. We work with a variety of materials and can create impact-, scratch-, and chemical-resistant products with a specific stiffness and gloss appearance to ensure the final result is exactly what you're looking for.
